Our Global Mission
The Network for Disability Inclusion in ADR (NDI-ADR) is dedicated to ensuring that international dispute resolution mechanisms are accessible, inclusive, and equitable. We work tirelessly to remove barriers and promote the full participation of legal professionals with disabilities in the global arbitration community.

Our Mission
The Network for Disability Inclusion in ADR (NDI-ADR) represents a global commitment to equality within international dispute resolution. Our journey began with a simple but profound observation: while diversity initiatives have made strides, the inclusion of persons with disabilities in ADR has often remained overlooked. We are here to change that narrative through education, advocacy, and strategic collaboration with global stakeholders.
